Reconnections Project 

the reconnection program in Iceland started in 2017 at the initiative of the city of Reykjavik. It is addressed to people from Central and Eastern Europe who have found themselves in crises of homelessness or on the border of homelessness.
We support people who experience problems with alcohol abuse, drugs, gambling, and domestic violence. We assist these people in starting addiction treatment.
Barka team also provides assistance regarding matters related to social benefits, registration in a health clinic, and translation in various institutions.
